These Terms of Service set out the basis on which ENVOLVE AI provides bespoke marketing systems and related services to UK home service businesses. Every engagement is tailored; what we build depends on your situation, your goals, and the state of your current operations. By engaging us, you agree to these terms.
We design and deliver custom AI-driven marketing and business growth systems. The exact scope, tools, and deliverables vary from client to client because every business is different. Nothing is off-the-shelf. We assess your situation and build what is actually required — whether that involves advertising, automation, follow-up systems, or a combination of services. All work is bespoke.
To get results, you agree to provide accurate information about your business during onboarding, respond promptly to our requests, and maintain any ad-spend or third-party accounts we need access to. You remain responsible for your own tax, insurance, and legal obligations.
Fees are agreed in writing before work begins and are typically due in advance. Ad spend, where applicable, is separate and remains under your control. Late payment may result in paused service. We do not store payment card details ourselves — all billing is handled through regulated third-party providers.
We treat your business information as confidential. Likewise, our methods, strategies, and internal processes are proprietary. Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive information to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.
While we apply proven frameworks and custom-built systems, we do not guarantee specific revenue, enquiry volume, or return on investment. Results depend on market conditions, your responsiveness, and factors outside our control. We commit to doing the work to a high standard; execution on your side remains your responsibility.
Either party may end the agreement with 30 days' written notice. If you terminate early, no refund is due for the service period already paid. We may suspend or terminate immediately if payment is not made or if there is a material breach of these terms.
Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or events beyond our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
