Welcome to Envolve AI. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our AI-powered lead generation services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Services Provided

Envolve AI provides lead generation, advertising, and business growth services using AI-driven strategies. Our services include but are not limited to:

• ●Paid advertising campaign creation and management
• ●AI-powered lead generation and targeting
• ●CRM access and lead management tools
• ●AI sales agents and automated follow-up systems
• ●Campaign performance reporting and optimisation

Client Responsibilities

To ensure optimal performance, the client agrees to:

• ●Provide accurate business information during onboarding
• ●Respond to leads within the agreed time frame
• ●Maintain active payment for ad spend, as applicable
• ●Grant necessary access to digital marketing assets (e.g., Facebook Business Manager)

Payments and Billing

Clients are responsible for paying all service fees and associated ad spend. Service fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Refund Policy

Clients may be eligible for a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee. Refunds do not cover ad spend, as this is directly controlled by the client.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential, including client data, ad strategies, and campaign performance metrics.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Envolve AI offers a Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure client satisfaction. If, after the first full month of service, you are not satisfied with the quality of leads provided, you may request a full refund of our service.

To qualify, you must:

• ●Allow the campaign to run for the full agreed period
• ●Prove that the leads did not meet the required quality

Refunds are only applicable if the service fails to deliver the agreed discussed lead quality. Refunds do not cover ad spend paid to Facebook/Meta, as this is directly controlled by the client.

Performance Disclaimer

While Envolve AI strives to deliver high-quality leads, we do not guarantee specific results. The success of lead conversion depends on the client's ability to follow up and close sales.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice. If the client terminates early, no refunds will be issued for the service period already paid.

Governing Law

These Terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
